NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 27, 2025) – Rookie driver Louis Foster will unveil an exciting, new black and gold livery for the No. 45 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Desnuda Tequila Honda IndyCar this weekend (Aug. 30-31) in the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES final event at Nashville Superspeedway.

The unveiling coincides with the relaunch of the Desnuda Tequila line that occurred this month as Foster, the 2024 INDY NXT series champion, seeks the coveted “Rookie of the Year” honors in the highly competitive 17-race NTT INDYCAR SERIES.

Foster currently leads the “Rookie” point standings by eight markers entering Sunday’s 225-lap, 299-mile oval track event at the fast 1.33-mile track south of downtown Nashville. The personable Brit has enjoyed some stellar performances in 2025 including the pole position at Road America and Firestone Fast Six qualifying spots at Indianapolis and Mid-Ohio. He had also led five laps.

Foster is no stranger to the fast Nashville Superspeedway, having captured the 65-lap INDY NXT feature race last year with a dominant performance leading all 65 circuits. The 22-year-old racer also tested an IndyCar at the Nashville oval in March this year.

“I’ve only raced there once before in INDY NXT,” said Foster. “But it was a good weekend, and I ended up my NXT championship-winning season with a win at the Nashville track. The track is challenging because it’s a big one and it’s quite easy flat (on the pedal), especially in qualifying so it’s all about trimming the car and using the least amount of downforce as possible. So, it’s an interesting circuit. There is also quite a big bump on the exit of Turn 4 which makes it even harder and that is the main difficulty of the track – that little bump.

“It’s not exactly like any of the other ovals we race at. It’s a bit between a St Louis (WWTR) and a Texas Motor Speedway, although I never drove there. It’s a pretty big oval, not massive like IMS but it’s still pretty big. Our average speed is around 190 mph. It’s a fun track to go to. It’s kind of crazy that we’ve already reached the end of the season. I’m surprised at how fast the season has gone by. The highlights of the season for me are that I got a pole this year at Road America and was in the Firestone Fast Six multiple times. Qualifying has definitely been our strong suit this year but overall, I have just really enjoyed the learning curve and trying to get better and understand more and more about INDYCAR racing. Learning what it takes to be competitive and fast. I’m obviously planning to try to finish up the season by winning the Rookie of the Year championship this weekend.”

Joining Foster and RLL team at Nashville this weekend will be both Desnuda Tequila and Droplight hosting friends, family, and business partners in downtown Nashville at the Bobby Hotel. There will be two events, one on Saturday night and one on Sunday night to celebrate the re-launch of Desnuda Tequila on Saturday and Foster’s rookie IndyCar season.
