Indianapolis, Indiana (June 1, 2026)………Abacus Racing announced today that it has partnered with Droplight to field a select-race USAC Silver Crown entry under the banner of Abacus Racing Powered by Droplight.
The new program will feature accomplished driver Kaylee Bryson behind the wheel of the No. 11 machine, making its debut this Sunday, June 7, during the OUTFRONT Route 66 Classic Presented by Welsch Heating & Cooling at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois.
Droplight’s presence in motorsports continues to expand as the company deepens its commitment to grassroots racing through a new partnership with Abacus Racing for the 2026 USAC Silver Crown Series.
A key component of the program is the addition of Bryson, one of the most accomplished female drivers in USAC competition. In May 2024, she became the first female driver to win a USAC national feature event when she captured victory at Kansas’ Belleville High Banks in a Silver Crown event.
Bryson was named the 2022 USAC National Most Improved Driver, and in 2023, earned USAC Silver Crown Rookie of the Year honors. Additionally, Bryson became the first woman to compete in the Saturday night A-Main at the 2022 Chili Bowl Nationals. In 2025, she became the first woman to win Trans-Am championships in two different classes.
“We’ve had the opportunity to work with Kaylee over the years, and she immediately stood out as a perfect fit for this program,” Abacus Racing Team Principal Brent Cox added. “Her talent, professionalism, and determination align with everything we’re trying to build.”
Joseph Anderson, Co-Founder and CEO of Droplight, echoed that sentiment.
“When Brent shared Kaylee’s racing résumé and her story, we immediately recognized not only an outstanding driver, but someone who embodies the values we look for in our partners and ambassadors,” said Anderson. “We believe she has tremendous potential both on and off the racetrack, and we’re excited to support the next chapter of her career.”
Bryson is equally enthusiastic about the opportunity.
“Having already built a strong relationship with Brent and the Abacus team, this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up,” said Bryson. “The professionalism, vision, and commitment behind this program are exciting. I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent Abacus Racing, Droplight, and all of our partners, and I’m looking forward to getting started this weekend.”
The program will showcase Desnuda Organic Tequila as the primary sponsor for pavement events and Ichor Water as the primary sponsor for dirt events. The No. 11 program will receive support from Postgame Ice, CG CPAs, Indy Custom Stone, Forecheck Marketing, Indy Powersports, Logical Systems Inc. (LSI), Design Service Solutions (DSS), and Droplight.
The debut weekend is particularly fitting, as the USAC Silver Crown Series shares the stage with the NTT INDYCAR Series, further connecting the developmental roots of American open wheel racing with its highest level of competition.
According to Abacus Racing Team Principal Brent Cox, the partnership was a natural evolution following his introduction to Droplight founders Phil Williams and Joseph Anderson.
“When I first met Phil and Joe, it was clear we shared many of the same values,” said Cox. “Grassroots America, hard work, small business, supporting the underdog, and a passion for racing. What began as support for our No. 57 sprint car program with Logan Seavey quickly evolved into conversations about building something together in Silver Crown. The more we talked, the more it became obvious that this partnership was meant to happen.”
For Droplight, the move represents another step in building a motorsports platform that connects racing, business, and brand development.
“We believe racing remains one of the most authentic ways to build meaningful relationships and elevate great brands,” said Matthew Porter, Chief Racing Officer for Droplight. “Our experience with Abacus Racing has been exceptional, and we recognize that the foundation of INDYCAR was built through USAC and the Silver Crown Series. When Brent presented the opportunity, it aligned perfectly with our commitment to grassroots America and the communities that support our ecosystem.”
