Night of Destruction Returns to Perris Saturday – Brand-New E-Bike Will Be Given Away

Perris, California — July 22, 2026 — One month after attracting Perris Auto Speedway’s largest crowd of 2026, Night of Destruction returns to the Riverside County speed plant this Saturday, July 25. Spectator gates for “The Craziest Show on Dirt” will open at 5:00 p.m., with the motorized mayhem beginning at 7:00.

In addition to the wild Night of Destruction action, the evening will feature a kids’ dance battle and T-shirt launches at intermission. Fans will also have opportunities to win four free tickets to any upcoming event at The PAS through the popular Heat Race Heroes contest.

Also, every fan attending Saturday’s event will receive a raffle ticket. One ticket will be drawn at intermission, and the lucky winner will leave the speedway with a brand-new GoTrax e-bike.

“We are hoping to have another wild night and a big crowd on Saturday,” promoter Don Kazarian said. “Just when you think the Night of Destruction cannot get any crazier, the drivers prove you wrong. The race last month saw wild, no-holds-barred crashes. The figure eight trailer race may have been the best one we ever had. In Demo Cross, we had one car get stuck on top of the crash wall.”

Recently, The PAS has been giving away bicycles at every race. This week, the promotion is being taken to the next level, with one fan winning a brand-new e-bike.

“We had planned to give the e-bike away last Saturday at the micro sprint race,” Kazarian said. “When we had to cancel that race, we decided to switch it up and give it away this week. It is a very nice bike and whoever wins it is going to be very happy.”

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to meet the drivers and collect autographs and candy on the track from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m.

Heading into Saturday’s event, Jesse Gordon, a respiratory therapist at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside, holds an 18-point lead over Whittier’s Douglas Schattilly in the Figure 8 standings.

In the Trailer Figure 8 division, defending champion Lane Hofarth of San Jacinto carries a 21-point advantage over Orange’s Rob Multhaupt. Chino’s Mike Brown, who drives the popular “Cops” SUV, owns a more comfortable lead in the Demo Cross championship standings. He is 33 points ahead of two-time champion Trebor Stephens, who also resides in San Jacinto.  In the mini stocks, 2024 champion Steven Green Jr. leads Isaac Salazar of Mentone by 12 points before Saturday’s race.

In the zany double deckers, three-time defending champion Bug Ya’ Later is tied with Hot Diggity Dodge for first place as the season enters its second half.

In the Overall Iron Man chase, which combines points from all the classes, Hofarth has built a commanding 225-point lead over defending champion Multhaupt heading into Saturday’s action.

Gates will open at 5:00 p.m. with racing at 7:05 on Saturday.  Adult tickets are $25.00.  Students 13-18 with their school id will get in for $15.00.  For kids 6-12 it is $10.00, and children 5 and under are free.  For active military with proper ID, it is $5.00.  Parking is $20.00 and the parking fee is by car only. 

Advance tickets for all PAS shows are available now at tix.com. Fans who do not wish to purchase advance tickets will still be able to buy plenty of tickets at the ticket windows on race night.
